Getting help.

Email hello@osokoro.com. Include your waitlist address if the question is about a specific project — it saves a round trip.

Sending stopped

You have hit your monthly allowance. That is deliberate: sending pauses rather than becoming a bill you did not approve. Buy credits from billing and the paused broadcast resumes on its own.

Confirmation emails are not arriving

Check the spam folder first, then your sending domain’s DNS records. Until a sending domain is verified, mail goes out from our domain with your name on it — nothing breaks, it just looks less like you.

Someone wants to be removed

Every email carries an unsubscribe link that works in one click. You can also remove someone from the signups table. Removing a person also removes them from the queue.

Getting your data out

CSV export is on every paid plan, and the API and webhooks are on Everything. Nothing is held hostage — export whenever you like.

Codoro will not open, or a run stopped

Gatekeeper refuses an app whose download did not finish — delete it and download again rather than right-clicking past the warning, because the checksum on the download page is what tells you which of the two happened. A run that stopped mid-task has hit its cap: it pauses and offers a cheaper model, it does not fail. Per-run and per-day caps are yours to raise. Release notes for every build are in the changelog, and this address answers Codoro questions too.

A DevForm form is not taking responses

A draft accepts nothing: publish it, then share the hosted link — unpublishing later keeps the form and every response it already has. Unfinished responses show in the inbox as they are typed and are kept for up to 30 days, so a question everyone stops on is visible before anybody finishes. File upload is not built yet, on any plan, which is why no plan advertises it; every other question about a form goes to this address, and the DevForm docs cover how one is built, shared and read.
