Affiliate program
Refer a paying customer to Osokoro, DevForm or Codoro and earn a share of what they pay, every month, for 12 months. They get 20% off their first three months. You get your own link and a page at osokoro.com/affiliates/your-name.
Open to partners in the United States only. Every application is reviewed by a person.
What it pays
Commission is a share of what the customer actually paid on each invoice — not of the list price. That matters in both directions: the 20% welcome discount reduces your commission for those three months, and a month the customer is not billed for pays nothing. It also means you are never paid on money we did not collect, which is why the program can afford to pay for a full year.
Osokoro
Waitlists and pre-launch validation for founders.
| Plan | Customer pays | Your share | Per month | First 12 paid months |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $10/mo | 25% | $2.50 | $28.50 |
| Everything | $20/mo | 50% | $10 | $114 |
| Studio | $100/mo | 25% | $25 | $285 |
DevForm
Forms and surveys with substantially more monthly responses than the tools most teams replace.
| Plan | Customer pays | Your share | Per month | First 12 paid months |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $10/mo | 30% | $3 | $34.20 |
| Pro | $20/mo | 50% | $10 | $114 |
| Business | $60/mo | 25% | $15 | $171 |
Codoro
An AI coding IDE for the desktop.
Codoro pays a lower rate than the other two products. Every Codoro plan includes AI credit worth its full price, so most of the subscription is spent on model providers rather than kept. Ten percent is near the ceiling of what the product can carry, not an opening offer — please check the numbers below against your own cost of traffic before you spend on ads for it.
| Plan | Customer pays | Your share | Per month | First 12 paid months |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pro | $20/mo | 10% | $2 | $22.80 |
| Pro+ | $60/mo | 10% | $6 | $68.40 |
| Ultra | $200/mo | 10% | $20 | $228 |
| Teams | $40/mo | 10% | $4 | $45.60 |
Free plans pay nothing, on any product. Osokoro Phone is not part of the program — it is billed by the minute, so there is no monthly subscription for a recurring commission to attach to.
How it works
- Your link
- Your page at osokoro.com/affiliates/your-name introduces whichever product you are writing about and applies the customer's discount automatically. There is no code to type at checkout, which is what keeps your discount from being harvested by people who found us on their own.
- Attribution
- 30 days from the click, and first-touch: if a visitor has been here before, or already has an account, the referral does not become yours. This costs you some credit for customers who were already ours, and it is the rule that makes the program worth running at all.
- When you earn
- On every paid invoice for 12 months from the customer's first payment. If they cancel in month three, you were paid for three months and nothing is taken back. If they stay for five years, commission still stops at month 12.
- When you are paid
- Each commission is held for 45 days, and a referral must survive at least one renewal before any of it is transferred. After that, balances over $50 are paid monthly to your Stripe account.
- Refunds and disputes
- If a customer is refunded or disputes a charge, the matching commission is reversed. If it has already been paid, the amount is netted against your next commissions rather than invoiced back to you.
- Getting paid, and tax
- Payouts go through Stripe Connect. Stripe verifies your identity and may collect tax information and issue tax forms when required for your account and our platform configuration. Your Stripe dashboard shows the documents that apply to you. We never see your bank details or tax ID.
- Why the United States only
- The payout and tax-reporting path we use is verified by Stripe for US accounts, and it is the only one we can currently stand behind. This restricts who can be a partner, not who can be a customer — you may refer customers anywhere in the world and earn on all of them.
Rules
Breaking any of these can cost you your unpaid balance and your place in the program. They are short because each one exists for a reason we can state.
1Do not bid on our brand names
No paid search on “Osokoro”, “DevForm”, “Codoro”, or misspellings and combinations of them, on Google, Bing, Meta or anywhere else. This is the rule we enforce most strictly, and the reason is simple: someone searching our name was already coming to us, so a commission on that click is money for traffic we already had. Attribution is first-touch, so a visitor who has already been here does not become yours by clicking your ad. Brand bidding is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of any unpaid balance.
2Do not use our name as your own
Your site, ads and social accounts must not present themselves as Osokoro, DevForm or Codoro, or imply you are us. Do not use our logo as your profile picture, register a domain containing our product names, or run an account that a reasonable person would read as official. Say you are a partner — that is accurate and it is allowed.
3Disclose that you earn a commission
US Federal Trade Commission rules require a clear and conspicuous disclosure wherever you post an affiliate link. Not in a footer, not behind a “more” link. This is your legal obligation rather than ours, and we will not indemnify you for it.
4No coupon, deal or cashback sites
Your commission comes with a customer discount, and that discount is applied automatically from your link. It is not a code that can be typed at checkout, precisely so it cannot be posted to a coupon site and harvested by customers who found us on their own. Listing your link on a deal aggregator, or building a page whose purpose is to rank for “Osokoro discount code”, is not permitted.
5No incentivised or automated signups
Do not pay people to sign up, run signups yourself under other names, or use bots. This is largely self-defeating — commission only ever arises from an invoice that was actually paid, so a free signup is worth nothing — but a paid signup made with a card that is later disputed costs us real money and will be clawed back. We track refund, dispute and retention rates per partner and suspend accounts that sit outside the normal range.
6No self-referral
You cannot earn commission on your own subscription, or on one bought by a business you control. We check this against the identity Stripe verified when you onboarded.
7No spam, and nothing adult, hateful or illegal
No unsolicited email or DMs, no posting your link into unrelated forums or comment sections, and no promotion alongside adult, hateful, deceptive or illegal content.
Guidelines
Not rules. This is what tends to work, from the shape of the program rather than from wishful thinking.
Compare honestly, including where we lose
The comparisons that convert are the ones a reader can verify. DevForm genuinely costs less than established form builders and carries far more responses; it genuinely has no file uploads yet. Say both. A review that names a real limitation is trusted on everything else it says.
Write for the problem, not the product
“How to run a waitlist before you have built anything” outperforms “Osokoro review”, and it is not brand bidding. Search intent around the job is where the customers who stay come from.
Send traffic to the product you are actually writing about
Your link works on any of the three products. A reader who arrived for forms and lands on a waitlist page leaves.
Expect to be paid slowly at first
Commission is held for 45 days and a referral must survive at least one renewal before anything is transferred. Your first payout is therefore roughly two months behind your first sale. This is deliberate — it is what stops the program funding card fraud — and it means you should not plan ad spend against money that has only just accrued.
If we change the rates
The rates on this page are version 2026-08-v1. If we publish a new version, referrals you have already made keep the rate they were made under for their full 12 months. A new rate applies only to referrals after it. We can suspend or close the program, but not retroactively reprice work you have already done.
If we pause the program, your link stops recording new referrals and no new commission accrues while it is paused — but everything you have already earned still clears its hold and is still paid on the normal schedule. Pausing intake and withholding money are different things, and we only do the first.
